Ingredients
6 mini burgers
Rosemary
Black pepper
Paprika
A carrot
A cucumber
Half a head of cabbage
Balsamic sauce
Oil

Preparation
* Peel the carrot, cucumber and wash under running water.
* Wash the salad.
* In a bowl, slice the lettuce, cucumber and carrot. Add salt and oil it.
* Meanwhile in a large skillet saute for 2-3 minutes on the mini burgers, first on one side and then the other.
* Add spices and salt.
* When cooked, arrange everything on a plate and decorate with balsamic sauce.
