Chantilly Cream
Ingredients:
Fresh Cream 500 ml
120 gr icing sugar
2 vanilla berries
Preparation Chantilly Cream:
The preparation is simple, put a device before starting the container where you're going to prepare the cream in the fridge at least half an hour, the container must becold, then take the cream and also kept in the fridge before, and pour to the bowl with awhisk whip the cream once it is dense enough, then add sugar and vanilla and flatten itwith the whip still strong, then serve!
The Chantilly cream is ready!
Please note this cream should be prepared just before consumption because it tendsto turn me off, can 'also be used mixed with custard cream to lighten the flavor and givea lighter and different than usual!
