The noodle vodka pasta recipe salmon are another period, that is one of those recipesin great fashion in the 70's, where the vodka gave a voice to so many classpreparations, and eggs were the economic substitute lumpfish caviar . We suggest you prepare for a theme dinner or modernizzatele eliminating the vodka and you havea tasty pasta dish with salmon (since it does not need to cook the smoked salmon).
Ingredients for noodles vodka salmon (serves 6)
* 1.2 kg. fresh tagliatelle
* 500 g. Smoked salmon cut into strips (for this recipe you can use the clippingsseen at a lower price)
* 2.5 dl. cream
* 1 small glass of vodka
* 1 onion
* 1 tablespoon of butter
* salt and pepper q.b.
* A jar of lumpfish roe (red or black) optional
Preparation
Peel the onion, chop finely and cook over very gentle with the butter. Then add the cream and a pinch of pepper and heat thoroughly. Remove the sauce from the pan and place in a bowl, pour the vodka into the pan and use it to deglaze the same, then pourit all into the sauce.
Cook the pasta in salted water, drain in a large heated bowl.
Add the salmon to the pasta, stir to heat it well, then pour over the hot sauce and mixagain.
Complete with lumpfish eggs if you use them.
If you do not use the lumpfish eggs, you can give a touch of color to this pasta withchopped parsley or anise or diced fresh tomatoes raw.
