The grilled salmon with anchovy butter and capers is a tasty main course of fish, prepared together with the butter, capers and anchovies in the house (we follow therecipe). Ingredients for the grilled salmon with capers and anchovy butter (serves 4):
* 4 slices of salmon about one o'clock of 250 g

* 100 g butter, anchovies and capers (prepared according to our recipe)

Preparation:
Wash and dry the slices of salmon. Add salt and pepper and place in a bowl. Slicethe onion finely and distribute it on the slices of salmon.
Wash and dry the parsley, put by some sprigs for decoration, chop it and sprinkle the salmon.
Emulsify the oil with the lemon juice, pour over fish and leave to marinate for 15 minutes, turning slices occasionally.
After 15 minutes remove the onions and parsley and arrange the slices on the grill ofthe oven by putting in the drip tray to catch the cooking liquid. Let the grill for 5minutes on each side, brushing occasionally with the marinade.
Cut the butter into thin slices, anchovies and capers and deal two thirds on a platter.Lie down on the grilled salmon that cover with the slices of butter remaining.
Decorate the platter with lemon slices and sprigs of parsley, all arranged around theplate. Serve.
