Prepare turkey roast with mushrooms for a sumptuous dinner, but economic. Theingredients are in fact one pound of turkey (not just breast and thighs but also other soft parts) and fresh mushrooms. It would be a perfect mix between champignonmushrooms, mushrooms and nails, even with a little porky, structured to give a flavor to the dish. Furthermore, carrots, onions and celery to flavor the sauce, along with thediced bacon and the sauce that comes out after adding red wine and broth.
Ingredients for roast turkey with mushrooms (serves 4):
* 500 g of turkey
* 300 grams of mixed fresh mushrooms (honey mushrooms, champignonmushrooms and choice)
* 150 g lean bacon (a single slice)
* 2 carrots
* 2 stalks of celery
* 2 onions
* 4 tablespoons olive oil
* 1 / 2 liter of red wine
* 1 / 2 the broth (with meat or vegetable)

* Pepe
Preparation:
Cut the bacon into cubes and roughly chopped onion, celery and carrots. Puteverything in a large saucepan to fry.
As soon as they are golden, add the turkey cut into chunks, and add the wine. Let simmer for about 15 minutes, then add the mushrooms clean and cut into chunks, andadd the broth.
Cook for about twenty minutes until the liquid has evaporated. Add salt and pepperand serve.
