Here is the recipe for shrimp with mushrooms, which incorporated the theme ofsea-mounts in a quick and easy dish to make but very tasty and perfect to impressyour guests. The cream gives this dish the right creaminess, while the Chinese oystersauce is to add salt in the right way and to accentuate the flavor of the sea. For thisrecipe you can use fresh shrimp or frozen shrimp tails, also already shelled to save time. Serve with white rice or pilaf, or if you dare with the fetuccine egg seasoned withjust the butter to make them a super dish.
Ingredients for the shrimp with mushrooms (serves 4):
* 1 / 2 kg. Shrimp
* 1 / 2 kg. mushrooms
* 2 cloves of garlic
* 1 shallot
* oyster sauce (a typical product of China in the shops of ethnic specialties)
* extra virgin olive oil q.b.
* 1 dl. single cream
Preparation
Let soak in a wok or a frying pan with high sides chopped shallots and garlic with 3tablespoons of olive oil.
In the meantime, clean the mushrooms and shelled shrimp.
Throw the mushrooms cut into quarters in the pan and cook about 10 minutes. United 4tablespoons oyster sauce and half a glass of water.
Bring to a boil, add shrimp and cream and cook 5 minutes.
Serve with white rice or pilaf.
