Coconut sweets

This recipe for coconut candy was suggested to me by a friend of mine! is a fast and easy recipe but the cookies are really delicious. Within minutes you can prepare some sweets for the guests or even if you feel like something sweet.

Ingredients
250 g coconut flour
200 g sugar
4 egg whites

Preparation

     * Combine all ingredients in a saucepan over low heat mix doing until you realize that the sugar is dissolved.
     * Remove the mixture from the heat and turn the oven to 180 degrees.
     * While the oven heats the mixture to have some sweets in paper cups.
     * Bake for 15-20 minutes until they are golden.


NB: The characteristic of these cakes is that they dry more and more are good. So much so that you can also prepare the day before because dry taste better.
