Dessert recipes: Chocolate cream and instant coffee

Ingredients for the cream to chocolate and instant coffee (serves 2 people)

* 1 bag prepared for thick chocolate
     * 30 g sugar
     * 80 grams of cat language
     * 1 tablespoon instant coffee
     * 250 grams of milk
     * 1 egg

Preparation
Dissolve the packet of chocolate in milk and bring to a boil, stirring, then stir in thecoffee and remove from heat.


Add cream to the yolk, beat rapidly with a whip, so mix it coagulates without thechocolate and pour into 2 tall glasses.

Whip the egg white with sugar icing, divide the warm chocolate and completed with thetongues of cats.
