Grilled eggplant

The grilled eggplant is a second or a perfect side dish.

2 eggplants
1 clove garlic
Balsamic sauce
Extra virgin olive oil


     * Heat the cast iron plate on the stove, grease it with a little oil and wipe dry with paper towels.
     * Cook the eggplant on both sides for about 5 minutes, until they are well cooked.
     * Clean the parsley, finely chop together the garlic clove. In a small bowl with 2 tablespoons of oil emulsify the mixture and use it to brush the eggplant.
     * Adjust salt and garnish with balsamic sauce and serve.
